Cassian were employed by Nuffield to convert the 2,300 ft2 ground floor space of the 100 year old building into an open retail shell area to be fitted out by the incoming restaurant tenant, Banana Tree. The previous use of the space was split between and workshop and a retail unit. A new and separate access to the basement college archive needed to be formed as well as decommissioning and removing the former goods lift, sealing off the shaft to create further space…….

Magdalen College School, Wainfleet All Saints
Cassian were employed to prepare a schedule of dilapidations, negotiate with the outgoing tenant and monitor the repair works undertaken by the tenant as part of their lease exit. The building was built in 1484 by William of Wainfleet as Magdalen College School, tutoring local children prior to furthering their studies at the University of Oxford. It ceased to be a school in the 1960’s, from whence it became a library and museum. It is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and all repair works were undertaken with guidance and approval from English Heritage…..

Cassian were originally employed to prepare a planned maintenance schedule in 2011. The first year’s work was organised into a contract to undertake essential repairs to the roof and facade, replacement of windows, internal refurbishment of one vacant flat and electrical testing…….
Orbit Leamington
The scheme provides independent living accommodation of 178 one and two bedroom units including a wide range of communal facilities; restaurant, cafe, lounge, hairdressing salon and IT suite. The three and four storey development, arranged in three courtyards, was constructed of traditional masonry construction, achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and a BREEAM rating of Very Good. This was facilitated by the use of a CHP plant, PV panels and energy saving fittings……….
