Brief Description
Cassian were originally employed to prepare a planned maintenance schedule in 2011. The first year’s work was organised into a contract to undertake essential repairs to the roof and façade, replacement of windows, internal refurbishment of one vacant flat and electrical testing. The work was undertaken over the summer of 2012, and the project was completed on budget.
