Brief Description
Design and Construction of the developer’ shell of a model 260 KFC Drive Thru restaurant on Thomsen Retail Park, Wessington Way, Sunderland. The existing retail park, already providing a McDonalds restaurant and Wickes Retail store, was enhanced by the addition of this project which was built on land previously used for car parking.
The store opened in November 2012 as planned, and the project was completed on budget.
Services Provided
Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, including cost consultancy and pre tender design management tasks.
