Brief Description

Cassian were employed on Broom Hall to prepare a schedule of essential works, a contractor was procured and the works were undertaken in between tenancies, Cassian monitoring these works through to completion in September 2014. On Station Parade, Cassian had prior involvement representing the landlord in a number dilapidations claims with various tenancies. Concerns over the state of the roof led to a client request to prepare a schedule of essential repairs to the fabric of the building envelope. These works were procured and monitored through to completion in February 2015 .
